In my home State of California, we have hundreds of community hospitals and there is no shortage of competition.

I believe that, if we increase our exports and we eliminate trade barriers, it can be a huge win for our country and certainly a huge win for my district and I think probably every other district in the country.

The absence of it leaves me concerned.

This ruling respects separation of powers, complies with established statute of limitations law, and protects our region's important agricultural lands from Las Vegas-style gambling.

When congressionally recognized tribes follow established procedures and prove rightful privilege, they should have full rights and responsibilities.

The death tax is an immoral tax. And it is an attack on the American Dream.

I think it is important to establish that, and delve into the policy, rather than the politics.
