But at the end of the day, what we are talking about is trying to figure out how to make a tax credit that is going to small businesses who offer health care to the employees work.

Revitalizing public housing is an important topic for this committee to address, especially when the poverty rate continues to rise.

Unable to pass its immigration agenda through legislation, the Administration is now implementing it through agency policy and bypassing Congress.

It seems to me that a lot of what we see in terms of state legislation... is simply the states' reaction to what they see as the Federal Government's failure to do its job on the border.

In this bill once a community of interest group of employees is identified...an employer who seeks to expand the bargaining unit...organizers would have to get more and more signatures in order to proceed with an election.

I should think that we would want to put that kind of provision--it is still, if we really want to be fair about things.

If we really cared about fair elections and fair efforts at organizing, then I think that there should be something in this bill that allows for the organizers to have access to the employee.

Those that want to get rid of useless, burdensome regulations are really those that want no regulation.
