The Court’s decision to stay the district court’s injunction affirms that Alabama’s elected representatives, not federal judges, have the primary authority to draw the maps under which Alabamians choose their own leaders.

After the first full trial on nitrogen hypoxia in the entire country, the district court found it to be constitutional.

The extent to which there is confusion about the maps which Alabama uses for congressional districts seems to be with the three-judge panel, not the voters.

The state did not intentionally discriminate against Black residents and should be allowed to hold elections this year under a map chosen by lawmakers, not judges.

Although I’m disappointed in the outcome, I’m proud of what this campaign stood for: strong Christian values and true conservative principles.

When we have this radical transformation of energy policy not dictated by the body in which you sit, but instead by global elites, then there is not the opportunity to debate what are the consequences of those decisions.

This is a question about whether those with outsized influence, as a result of the assets in which they manage, have the ability to dictate public policy.
