We can't take that back, but we can honor their memory by coming together and doing everything we can to help remaining people that may be out there and help rebuild in Ohio County.

Finalizing this proposal would have a devastating impact on my State, other coal-producing States, and citizens from across the Country.

It is clear in West Virginia that the harm is already occurring.

So I find this is recklessly irresponsible, where the costs are so clear and devastating, and the benefits are theoretical or unknown.
