We’ve been strengthening our human services division, and I think that you will very likely, in the upcoming month or two, start to see, I think, a fairly robust legislative initiative to address some of the issues.

West Virginia’s most vulnerable citizens deserve a Department of Human Services that is effective, accountable, and focused on results.

I thank Chelsea for her accomplishments and appreciate her support during the transition to the new leadership of the Department.
