I am very concerned about human trafficking and one of my concerns, quite candidly, when properly distilled becomes simply is human trafficking, a euphemism for involuntary servitude, which is a euphemism for slavery.

I also beg that everyone on the panel along with everyone here in the room now that you have heard my testimony that you would raise the voice and do something to help the Vietnamese women from suffering from human trafficking.

It is better to build a strong child than to repair a broken adult.

This is not a problem for Democrats or Republicans or conservatives or liberals. This is an American problem and it deserves an American solution.

I also would like to thank the ranking member, Mr. Gutierrez, for his efforts in these areas, as well.

And you want to see that criminals are caught, don't you?

I guess at some point, Madoff will come in, and we will try to find out how we can better strengthen the SEC to make sure that we can prevent crimes from occurring.

I just don't want this to metamorphose into a later time when you are not here that we need to eliminate it because there was fraud.

I think that persons who commit crimes should be caught. I think they should be appropriately prosecuted. And I think that they should be appropriately punished.

It makes sense to get three. It makes sense that it might help. But it also makes sense to me that a determined criminal will find a way to manipulate the system.

We have millions of people in the country that we cannot account for, in terms of knowing who they are.

It is a question of will. The question is: Will we take up the responsibility to secure this country?

I think without MTW flexibility, these programs couldn't exist.

The American dollar is important to the American economy as a currency of choice.

The influence of the United States is very important for maintaining something like that in the institution.

I think there is a reality that we sometimes don't see with reference to the linguistic challenges that we have in our country.

There are people who can benefit from this individually and families, but more importantly, the country benefits.

I am supportive of what they do and wanted to make sure that we got this in the record.

Ultimately, what we have to decide is, what will the role of the Federal Government be?

I want to stand up for homeownership.

I believe that border security transcends politics, and we should do what we can to work together to make sure that we secure all of our borders.

It may be right, but it doesn't look right when we take on Islam and allow this to take place, and we don't tell the truth about the abuses associated with the KKK and Christianity.

Let us not only let things be right, let us make them look right, and let us broaden this and not single out the American Muslim.

I have no problem with discussing terrorist organizations that are rooted in religion, which is why I want to discuss the KKK.
