What I am worried about is you are going to come up with something greater two years from now that they are going to be required to do that or there will be a liability shift.

When I became a congressman, I went to the Corps and asked them what we needed to do to get it dredged.

Yet it was held up for years by requirements placed on us by the Corps because an environmental group wrote a letter.
