The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: limitation on use of funds for offshore oil and gas leasing Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to issue any oil and gas lease under the 2017-2022 Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Leasing Program unless the Secretary of the Interior has entered into revenue sharing agreement with each affected State.
