When China cheats, there must be consequences.

I do not believe we should reward their bad behavior with a bilateral investment treaty.

You can understand our skepticism and concern when we hear top elected officials and appointed officials in this country talk about able-bodied adults and disqualifying them from Medicaid.

I hope you can convince Leader McConnell, who frankly has resisted moving on CHIP.

He turned to me and said she would not be alive if it were not for Medicaid.

I would like you to please submit your proposed definition of 'able-bodied adult' to this committee.

200,000 Ohioans are getting Medicaid, are getting opioid treatment, and getting it because of the Affordable Care Act, mostly through Medicaid.

We obviously need stronger leadership than we have seen. We need the President more engaged.

Thank you, Mr. Chairman, for this important hearing, the first of two this month in which the Committee will look at ideas for strengthening and reforming our laws to combat money laundering and illicit financial transactions.

This is a bipartisan issue.

Getting this right saves lives. Period.
