I appreciate the work that the VA has done especially Chillicothe and southern Ohio.

I encourage my party and Members of the opposite party to do the same thing.

I vote with my party 54 percent of the time.

In your own State of Ohio, the payday lender CheckSmart is using a prepaid card to evade the State's usury cap.

Senator Brown, in your own State of Ohio, prepaid cards are being used by the payday lender CheckSmart to evade Ohio's payday loan laws.

Well, that is unacceptable.

Workers, especially in my State, have faced firsthand the problem with our trade laws that require enormous injury from unfairly traded foreign products before any response by our Government.

I'm looking for what you can tell us NASA can do to better utilize those facilities.

Last week, I helped lead an effort supported by more than 180 House and Senate Members, calling for a full examination of China's policies and practices in the auto parts sector that have flooded our Nation.

The Congress will move quickly and bipartisanally on enforcement of trade laws.

I note from the Secretary's comments that in those States where there was not a lot of support, at least from their elected officials, for ACA, those are the ones, because they are the poorer States, that tend to get the most.

I think the 21st Century Post Service Act, S. 1789, with Senators Lieberman, Collins, Carper, and me, was a good start.

The current business model is not sustainable.

I agree with Senator Burr on the job issues and the fact that we are going to be spending a lot of money, happy to do it.

If the VA continues to outsource more and more activities, at some point are we going to reach the point where the VA is a health insurance provider rather than a health care provider?

The VA and our veterans cannot simply be viewed as just another client.
