New Jersey is the only State in the country that has a State law that puts the clear obligation on the lender that has initiated foreclosure to maintain the property during the foreclosure process.

it is appalling from a policy standpoint that the Federal Government would take the position that they have no obligation to maintain the properties which they are legally responsible for.
