Now, to date, the Nicaraguan military at an institutional level has refused to participate in Ortega's Government's campaign of violence against its own citizens, which is a good thing.
I believe that strengthening Burma's democracy, improving Burma's civilian governance, along with fostering greater respect for freedom of religion and other human rights and the rule of law, offer the best hope for the people of Burma.
