I would be here lauding and applauding your initiative on the Mexico migration agreement if in fact you would have a single but very powerful difference in your wording; and that is, instead of, after 2 years of significant talks and negotiations, speaking about a commencement, that we would be talking about a conclusion. Then I would be here supporting your amendment.
