If the minority leader will yield for one other observation and question, has the Senator noticed the fact that we have lost almost another trillion dollars in market value? And by the way, that translates into 401(k)s and IRAs for individuals. Those are some very serious numbers, actually since this program with regard to dividend disclosure has been announced. There is a credibility gap between the reality of what is being suggested as an economic growth program and what is actually occurring out in the real world. Certainly my constituents and the people I hear from around the country and in the business community are saying much of the same thing. I presume that is what the Senator is hearing as well from the folks in South Dakota.
