The requirement to rebuild within 10 years if biologically possible eliminates certain management options from consideration that could lead to greater social and economic benefits while still supporting stock recovery in the long run.

I would ask that you consider not proceeding with the final EIS until these new guidelines are published.

I am staunchly opposed to drilling in the Atlantic, and believe that, rather than waste the time and money on seismic testing, the Department should be investing in the development and production of clean energy.

It is really important to address this, not only for marine mammals, but for fishing as well.

We did, and I appreciate that.

Many of us would agree that there is a need to simplify the structure of Medicare benefits in ways that make it more understandable.

We must continue to support comprehensive approaches that help move our health care system to a more value-based system.

We must ensure that any changes that we make to restructure Medicare do not come at the expense of beneficiaries' health or financial security.
