Richard Burr is an American politician serving as the senior United States senator from North Carolina since 2005. A member of the Republican Party, Burr has focused on issues such as veterans' health care and the relationship between the Department of Veterans Affairs and academic institutions. Throughout his tenure, he has been involved in various legislative efforts aimed at improving services for veterans and enhancing the efficiency of government programs.
Now, that does not mean that the conclusion of that rule will be printed in the Federal Register today.
Let me thank both of you for being here, more importantly, for your families.
Court involvement does not grow the food we need in this country, and any confusion will, in fact, impact the prices.
As Ranking Member Burr pointed out, we need to continue to examine the Rating Schedule.
Mr. Chairman--I thank the Chairman and I would ask unanimous consent that my statement be part of the record.
We can be smart enough and bold enough to say it has got to be different in the future.
Mr. Hipolit, would you agree with the Disability Commission that aid and attendance benefits currently do not focus on those individuals with cognitive impairments?
We've now had several commissions over 50 years talking about the need to reform our disability compensation.
It is way too complicated, way too difficult, and it does not reimburse the individuals adequately.
