I want to thank you for scheduling this hearing to highlight the need for Congress to consider legislation to encourage Americans to save more for their futures.

If you can take the outline you just presented to me and get somebody from the Administration to fill in in between the action steps that are going to be taken, you might have a plan.

When is somebody going to share with the American people the destination we are trying to get to and how we are going to get to that destination?

The FDA failed to do its job, plain and simple.
