There is certainly more work to be done. And what we would like to see from you is for the pace to go up and continue to go up.

It is unfortunate that you would even see a Secretary propose cutting millions of dollars from oversight for these facilities.

Are they really trying to help people really in these facilities have a quality of life that all of them should have?

I have sponsored H.R. 3745, the HUD Inspection Oversight Act, that would strengthen the HUD inspection process.

Limiting private equity will hinder business growth, constrain local employment, and hurt Main Street communities.

Congress should be focused on policies that make the economy more free.

This bad bill, if enacted, would be a disaster for American workers.

The Warren bill here today would apply liability to the employees of the private equity firm and the investors of the private equity firm.

It appears today that committee Democrats are working to predetermine the 2020 Democratic nomination for their party.

This clearly is that fight for that socialist lane.

This bad bill strikes at the foundation of American capitalism.

The lending number needs to be wound down and eventually get to zero.

I believe every citizen should have an equal opportunity for home ownership.

I am not sure that we have learned anything new here as policymakers on Capitol Hill.

We can compete and excel beyond China not despite our freedoms, but because of them.

As lawmakers, it is our responsibility to explore all aspects of a platform like Libra that has the potential to impact so many.

Clarity is incredibly necessary in securities law.

Unfortunately, my colleagues have offered several proposals in conjunction with this hearing that could have a tremendously harmful impact on innovation in the United States.

I have serious concerns about the structure of Libra and its establishment outside the United States.

I think we need to innovate as a country in order to keep on ensuring that we can do that.

We would much prefer to put sanctions on a country than send our soldiers there.

I think we should advance. I think we should seek innovation.

Now, this town is intolerant to shaking up the status quo.
