I can't imagine why, if you had nothing to hide, we would be denied access to those types of people.
Who's your senior person within the IRS or Treasury that you would've appointed according to that guidance?
Would you be willing to commit to the committee today that we can have access to those individuals to ask them questions? Yes or no?
But to say we are making progress when we still are wasting $106 billion, don't you think that is an inaccurate narrative?
So if you are not willing to follow the law in terms of what is already passed, how will a new law help you accomplish that?
