So we have a Federal law that is being ignored by the IRS.

Well, there is wrongdoing in terms of not keeping all the records according to the Federal Records Act.

Can we tell the American taxpayers, then, that if they just don't have really the money to comply with IRS statutes, that that's okay, that it's okay to break the law as long as they don't have the money to comply?

So when someone did not notify the National Archives, was that wrongdoing?

So what you're saying is that none of Lois Lerner's emails are part of Agency business?

That's not what your manual says.

The Federal Records Act requires emails to be part of the record to be printed out.

These men were a danger to the ones who guarded them, so dangerous that we can't even identify those who do guard them for their own protection.
