So you have my commitment that not only will this be a hearing, but it will be something that we will continue to follow up with on a bipartisan manner.

There is no one who has fought more diligently for the rights of those who perhaps can't speak for themselves throughout his career as Frank Wolf.

But I also would like to note that a number of hearings at the direction of Chairman Smith have not only produced fruit, but produced lasting fruit.

I am willing to work in a bipartisan way to do that, but we have to make sure that we do it in a way that serves the best interest of the public.

I am asking you, are you willing to work with us to make sure that we implement safe and secure delivery in a meaningful way?

Do I have your commitment that within the next 120 days that you will have a plan on how we are going to address those four lowest in terms of improvement?

So engagement means engagement at another agency?

Can we get a copy of those implementation plans from the agencies?

We want a full year's worth of data, even if it's going to take you beyond the original target date.

So I will ask a second time, is that not insane?

That should be headlines. I mean, I don't understand why we would do that.

I think it says to the--the taxpayer is standing there saying what?

The reason I come there is because what Mr. Lynch was talking about is, if indeed the worst place in the world is Syria, what we would see is coming across our southern border this mass infiltration from Syria.

So Syria would be number one.

Just read the report. The report leads you to the inevitable conclusion--stamp it Tier 3 egregious violator.

Cuba is an egregious example of a nation being given an unwarranted passing grade because of other non-human trafficking considerations.
