The emergency exception and public safety exception are not limited to parents.

Stalking apps must be shut down. It is unacceptable that in this day and age companies are making money off of stalking.
this goes to the resources, because someone who feels like they are being tracked, saying it must be in this thing, what happens when they go to a police station routinely?
this is why we need and the bill does get resources for being able to do exactly what victims need.
We do not want to interfere with the legitimate parental monitoring apps, but we do want to block stalking apps that are pretending to be something that they are not.
I disagree with you that the reminder provision 'would be applied too broadly to all apps using geolocation data.'
