It is now more important than ever to uphold the law and ensure our domestic biofuels producers have certainty through fulfilling the statutory obligation of 15 billion gallons of conventional ethanol, annually.

This Administration, though, is headed down a dangerous path as it continues to pass up opportunities to uphold the Renewable Fuel Standard.

I hope that this is not an indication of the Administration's unwillingness to stand with America's farmers.
