Pat Roberts is a former United States Senator from Kansas, serving from 1997 to 2021. A member of the Republican Party, he was known for his work on agricultural policy and national security issues during his tenure. The President last night said that, if in fact his agenda is hindered by Congress or high water, he is going to have the ability, or will take on the issue with more executive orders.
