the fear is, does the Administration, does the EPA understand that we are the breadbasket to the world, and can we do things to be productive instead of punitive?
How can we justify these rules for the agricultural community abandoning this? This is going to be a big deal.
I just want a little more clarity. Obviously, Iowa, 42 ethanol plants, E15 is such a big deal.
