Mr. Chair, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 316, after line 3, insert the following: (d) Exceptions.--The Administrator shall ensure that the requirements described in subsection (a) do not apply to nonhub airports, as such term is defined in section 40102 of title 49, United States Code.
