While I am sure that these companies are working as best they can to meet the deadlines, the reality is that most were awarded contracts within the past few months and the complex system has yet to be fully tested.

I find it unacceptable that the health and human services commissioner has still not offered even a preliminary response to his request, especially since yesterday was the deadline for submission.
President Obama campaigned that his plan was going to lower premiums across the country by $2,500 a year, and here we are 3 years later with premiums higher by $3,000 with a large jump expected again next year.
Would you please help the committee to understand how citizens from the State of Georgia will be benefiting from higher costs and a lack of competition on these exchanges other than to dole out Federal subsidy money by self-attestation?
The maintenance of effort provisions in Obamacare have not only been costly, but they have been a barrier to reforms.
We have seen this administration continually use almost coercive methods to aid implementation of the law.
We must scrutinize where every dollar of taxpayer money is being spent to ensure we are allocating these funds responsibly.
