As for many of these companies--international companies and United States domestic companies that might have an offshore location-- the reason they don't bring their profits back into the United States and bring their employment bases as well is due to this tax burden that Representative Bachmann just pointed out in regard to--I think she is right--the industrialized countries. We may have the second highest corporate tax rate of any country. Of course, then you add State and local. So no wonder we're struggling.
