We have seen this in California with the COVID shutdowns, and other very bad policies that caused restaurants to shut down.

I think that is an important takeaway from this hearing is that they are coming after your tips.

This ruling was a win for both workers and the small businesses.

Sadly, the Biden-Harris administration has not listened.

The current system gives tipped workers the opportunity to thrive, and it does not just help them, it helps the restaurants and small businesses that employ them.
