I would just observe I do not think any of this debate has in any way been improper. I mean this is getting right to the heart of what these issues are, and frankly I would just want to say that I think we are going to have to have this kind of freewheeling debate to really bring out the different points of view. I have no desire to prolong it, and if there is no desire to offer amendments, I have no objection to going to a vote.
