The best answer to Russian aggression is for Ukraine to become a fully democratic prosperous state.

Despite the warnings issued and despite the sanctions imposed by the U.S. and our allies, we continue to see aggression against Ukraine.

Our goal is to get a resolution to this thing as quickly as possible, to get some measure of reconciliation.
