I continue to see no reason to be engaged in combat in Yugoslavia. I am ready, willing, and able to support peacekeeping operations there, but I must draw the line on combat. I am supporting not doing combat in Yugoslavia. I am supporting doing peacekeeping in Yugoslavia.
