Some of the revenues that were used in this program in effect were used to buy food that had spoiled. We paid people to deliver food under this program that was spoiled. And Saddam collected commissions or levies or tariffs or something on it. We need to get to the bottom of this. I cannot tell the gentleman how pleased I am to have both sides interested in making this happen.
