I want to clarify the critical piece on this 8 U.S. Code 1182 is a notification process for the Secretary of State to receive notice from the families that an issue involving the foreign alien and these children has arisen. The Secretary of State's office, in our conversation with them, will receive a fax, a registered letter, a phone call, an e-mail, all these things; and my purpose in bringing that up is to try and establish a legislative history that the Congress is comfortable with any one of those singular forms of communications as long as it can be substantiated in a court of law that the Secretary of State has been put on notice. So I thank the gentleman for yielding.
