I don't see how we can assume that our Government is operating in good faith.

Well, it is clear that the government of Tehran, the mullah dictatorship, is not acting in good faith.
This is evil dereliction of duty on the part of our people who are supposed to have policies of our Government that reflect what I consider to be the moral base of American policy.

I would suggest that is a disgrace, and obviously our people on the scene know that. This is just disgraceful.
It is outrageous. It is obviously to me and it should be obvious to any honest observer that this designation is out of some corrupt agreement with someone, and that someone is likely to be the mullah regime in Tehran.
Any government that places a perpetrator of a massacre in charge of security over the same group of people who have been massacred certainly isn't operating in good faith.

I think it is very important for the United States not just to have a military presence, but also the economic and the diplomatic engagement.
We are giving them, they are using all of our R&D. They are stealing it, or our own companies are investing there.
Obviously, China is an issue, and the Chinese expansionism is an issue that I have been deeply involved in over the years.
But what we have focused on today is an evil manifestation of something that is good that has been perverted into being something that is probably one of the most evil activities on this planet today.
This is a crime against humanity. We should do our best to identify those specific individuals who are engaged in this and put them on the list of people to observe to be brought to justice.
How many Falun Gong practitioners have had their organs harvested, and how many political prisoners, et cetera?
I mean this is tantamount to one of the most heinous and ghoulish crimes that has been going on on this planet for the last 20 years.
I stand before you today hoping that the U.S. Government will perform an official investigation into this matter and release all evidence it has about China's transplant practices.
