The U.S. simply cannot afford to lose Sri Lanka due to its strategic importance.

We definitely believe that ethanol is costing us and costing American families a lot of money, and I am not so sure that it is worth exactly what we are paying for.

But let me just note this, that if you are bringing down the miles per gallon that you are getting in your car, which ethanol does, I mean, I will testify to that, so that means you have to use more gas.

Let me just note that fixing responsibility, which we are trying to do today, and identifying bad policy and mistakes is the way that democracies fix problems.

Now, what do we think or what do you think is a higher priority and a better use of taxpayers' money, national security or global climate change?

These failures highlighted by the ARB report serve as a blueprint for terrorists on where our weaknesses lie, where we are vulnerable.
