It is my job as a State Attorney General to pursue justice. It is also the job of a U.S. bankruptcy court to do justice.

That poses a real federalism challenge here and a constitutional problem when a Federal bankruptcy judge purports to dismiss or otherwise eliminate a State's sovereign power to protect its residents.
