This is nothing more than a continuation of the president's desperate weaponization of our justice system.

Because I believe that justice will rain down like water and righteousness like a mighty stream, and I'm here to say that my work and my job and all that I do all throughout my public career — I've stood up for the rights of New Yorkers…

But my faith is strong and my faith is … I have this belief in the justice system and the rule of law, and I have a belief in America.

This is not about me. This is about all of us and about a justice system which has been weaponized, a justice system which has been used as a tool of revenge … and a weapon against those individuals who simply did their job and who stood…

The president’s actions are a grave violation of our Constitutional order and have drawn sharp criticism from members of both parties.

These charges are baseless, and the president’s own public statements make clear that his only goal is political retribution at any cost.

This is nothing more than a continuation of the president’s desperate weaponization of our justice system.

We’re gonna throw the book at him and send a clear message: If you call for violence, you will be punished, you will do as much time as possible in the state of Florida. We have zero tolerance for it.

This individual — clearly demented — was calling for the death of several in conservative media, using antisemitic verbiage in his threats.

So the rampant corruption of this regime, what kind of threat does this blatant corruption pose to our democracy, our institutions, and the American people?

Speaker Mike Johnson is actively stripping the people of Arizona of one of their seats in Congress and disenfranchising the voters of Arizona’s seventh Congressional district in the process.

We will not sit quietly while 813,000 Arizonans are treated as second-class citizens.

Arizona will not beg for its full representation in Congress.

Today’s ruling, if allowed to stand, would give the president unilateral power to put Oregon soldiers on our streets with almost no justification. We are on a dangerous path in America.

His office hasn’t done a thing because he’s too weak and too scared to stand up to the president.

When Donald Trump fires workers, defunds our schools and levies tariffs that destroy our regional economies, sends armed troops into cities and defunds law enforcement, he has a willing cheerleader here in Jason Miyares who will not step…

Let me be very clear. I am ashamed, I am embarrassed, and I’m sorry.

We will always fight to ensure that New York gets the resources we need to support our law enforcement and keep people safe.

A court has once again affirmed that this administration cannot punish New York by arbitrarily wiping out critical security resources and defunding law enforcement that keeps riders safe.

This ruling protecting critical counterterrorism funding is a victory for every New Yorker who rides our subways, buses, and commuter rails.
