I think you mentioned in your earlier testimony that you are reviewing all of the programs that you have regarding youth and that you may have to make some decisions.

The President's Fiscal Year 2018 budget proposes a 13 percent cut to the Park Service's overall budget and an 11 percent cut to the visitor services line.

If we want to have a resilient and strong America, we need resilient and strong people.

It is/was a very popular program which I hope will be continued by this Administration.

However, while America is growing more diverse and urban and younger generations are making up a greater share of the population, these trends are not reflected in visitors to our national parks.

Again, last year marked the third year in a row that we saw record visitation at our national parks.
