This time for inciting an insurrection, which all of us experienced right in front of our eyes.

We look forward to Mr. Becerra's continued leadership to ensure access to occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech-language pathology services.

We will not quit fighting. We're Texans, we're Americans, and the fight will go on.

Well, as a prosecutor myself, who has an entire division that is devoted just to Public Integrity cases, where we hold public officials accountable when they reach the public trust, all I can say is it's incredibly disturbing.

I think I had a lot of problems with the way that I saw voter suppression handled in the state of Texas.

It is literally shredding the fabric of our democracy.

And so, I hope we will see legislation that reconstitutes Voting Rights Act and strengthens it.

I'd like to see a constitutional amendment expressly providing for the right to vote.

I do think it's critical that we take this opportunity to recognize how important it is that we protect our right to vote.

We need to make sure that we are strengthening democracy and reinforcing our elections are decided by the voters and not politicians.

This decision is a victory for our democracy and for the rule of law. This lawsuit was seeking to discard the votes of every voter who voted for president in Wisconsin as well as three other states and instead to have politicians select…

It erodes people's confidence in our system of elections, and it really decimates our democratic system of government.

We will continue to fight as vigorously as possible to ensure that the person who actually won the presidential election is sworn into office on January 20.

I'm relieved that they did the right thing. Obviously, I'm happy that the 5.5 million people who voted in my state won't have their votes disenfranchised, and that the 10 million people who live in my state will be properly represented…

We have a good faith belief that the attorney general is violating federal and/or state law, including prohibitions related to improper influence, abuse of office, bribery and other potential criminal offenses.
