I am deeply concerned that, instead of addressing our nation's persistent food insecurity, some people would like to suggest we should police the purchase of SNAP recipients.
When we start policing these food programs unnecessarily, it will run up the administrative costs.

I encourage all of my colleagues to support my Foreign Animal Disease Prevention, Surveillance, and Rapid Response Act (H.R. 3419).
I have long advocated that we go beyond looking at the G20, to even looking at the G21.
