Victims of crime and their families should never be robbed of justice, and violent offenders must be held accountable.

It is important to note that nationally and in my home State of Virginia, crime is at or near all-time lows.

Far too often Washington, DC identifies a problem and then responds by over regulating it without regard to the real and harmful impacts it has on constituents.

This committee should be focused on returning power back to employers and employees instead of creating nearly impossible compliance frameworks.
