Can that be consolidated under Commerce, and are there any ongoing plans to try to put all of the different trade-related agencies under the Commerce Department?

In the President's State of the Union Address, he mentioned the fact that multiple agencies have responsibility over trade.

The President himself brought back Orion last year. He wanted Orion continued.
