I have been advocating for a number of months for the U.S. to donate excess vaccines to the region.
I think that this is a great idea, and it could be a long-term plan for generating sufficient COVID-19 vaccines for the entire region's population.
We need to help our countries in the region fight corruption and also strengthen their ability to implement solutions.
