I joined some of my House colleagues a letter to the President, asking him that if there is any vaccine or treatment developed by U.S. taxpayer dollars that it would be accessible, affordable, and available.

If somebody spends a hundred dollars, don't we want to know how those hundred dollars have an impact on it?

I just want to make sure that we are coordinating working together as we use this large amount of Federal dollars.
