Colonias are on the U.S.-Mexico border. There are hundreds of them.

I know that Jim Clyburn and other folks had pushed the, what we call the 10-20-30 efforts to make sure that we address the high poverty areas.

I just want to see if you can assign somebody I can work with and the committee can work with, because I do intend to add fundings with the help of the Appropriations Committee members to address third-world conditions called colonias.

We have the influence of Iran in South America. Not only do we have the influence of them, but we also have the Russian influence in countries.

I think the maps that you have provided to us to show where the criminal organizations are coming from and how they are affecting us, whether they are bringing in drugs or people, they are there.

The last time you provided these reports, Admiral, you know, we had X amount of countries in South America, 19... now we have 19 out of the 33 countries that have joined the One Belt One Road Initiative.

I want you to talk to us about this sense of urgency and what this committee can fund.

Can you tell us a little bit about prep schools and how you all use prep schools to get diversity into your academies?
