If somebody spends a hundred dollars, don't we want to know how those hundred dollars have an impact on it?

I think these modifications should be something that we should apply, whether it is in South Korea or wherever the case might be.

I just want to make sure that we are coordinating working together as we use this large amount of Federal dollars.
