The plan here was to create chaos and to try and use whatever method they could to muddy the waters enough to try and pull off what they knew was against the law.

Well, 37 states, the District of Columbia, medical marijuana. Eight states plus D.C., they don`t use recreational use as legally. We got to bring the federal government into line with that.

I hope that other judges will see Judge Walker’s ruling, and follow it.

I think it`s the right idea. And we talked about this before, Jonathan. I don`t think there should be a substitute for making it easier to vote in the first place.

Well, I respect Senator Manchin. I`ve spoken with him before about what`s happening here in Texas. But he`s wrong that the government is just going to be able to stand behind every voter and these laws are not going to have an impact.

I think we need to understand that the courts are not going to save us.
