Well, I respect Senator Manchin. I`ve spoken with him before about what`s happening here in Texas. But he`s wrong that the government is just going to be able to stand behind every voter and these laws are not going to have an impact.
Allred disagrees with Manchin's assertion about the government's ability to protect voters under current laws.
