Without additional investment in the electricity sector--if we try to limit global warming to the 2 degree scenario without it it is going to cost $2 trillion over the next 40 years.

There is international consensus that it would be very difficult if not impossible to meet our climate change goals by 2050 without this in place.

I've been in Congress 22 years and been through five or six secretaries of energy. You're by far one of the best and you're going to be missed here.

The danger with the kind of information, Commissioner Pai, that you stated is that somehow the potential for fraud somehow gets translated in the newspapers as actual fraud.

There is one area that I believe merits investigation and it is the Anti-Competitive Zero Rating, particularly when it is married with restrictive data caps.

Shouldn't we let the courts worry about the ins and outs of the constitutionality?

I believe that advanced nuclear is a key component of maintaining nuclear power in the future.

To me, nuclear is a critical component of our energy future.

I think it passed unanimously, which provided some of the provisions that Mr. Wessler was talking about.

I firmly believe that it is the imperative of public policymakers at all levels of Government, regardless of party or affiliation, to act quickly to address the urgent needs of the Flint community.

I don't think that we need a blanket ban on zero rating but when ISPs zero rate their own apps and when zero rating programs are anti-competitive, consumers are being harmed.
